SHIPPING DAYS
SWILL ships once a week (typically on Saturdays). If you would like something shipped quicker contact us and we’ll try to make arrangements.
DOMESTIC
For all orders within the US, shipping will cost anywhere between $5-$23 depending on the size, weight and destination of the order. All orders within the US are shipped using USPS First-Class Mail which takes 2-8 business days to arrive from the day it is shipped. In some cases we will ship via Priority Mail which can be quicker. If you would like something shipped quicker contact us and we’ll try to make arrangements.
INTERNATIONAL
SWILL will ship internationally, however this site’s checkout is not set up to handle international orders. So if you’re outside the USA and would like to place an order, contact us with your order and full mailing address.
MISSING
If you have not received your order within the standard shipping period, please contact us by replying to your shipping confirmation email. If you have deleted your confirmation email, contact us.
DAMAGED
If your order arrived damaged, we will replace your order or provide a full refund. Please photograph the damaged areas and include the photos in a reply to your order confirmation email. If you have deleted your confirmation email, contact us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
